Too much to do, Too little time!

Which leaf do you like? Which one will you choose to be the main leaf to admire? How do you prioritise? We see this a lot in large business; there is too much opportunity and too little time to achieve it in! Also, juggling all of these things at once? Does it really work, for anyone, ever? We get told very often that women are brilliant at multi-tasking! How do we multi-task in today’s world? For someone who works in business, each day you need to check communication methods as a minimum;

  1. Emails
  2. Text messages
  3. Whatsapp or other type of messages that you may use socially with work
  4. Business process based instruction systems
  5. Missed calls/ Voicemails (I’ll put these together for now)
  6. LinkedIn

Even outside of work, in addition, you need to check the following as a minimum in your personal phone;

  1. Twitter
  2. Facebook
  3. Instagram
  4. Snapchat
  5. Whatsapp or other type of messaging
  6. Text Messages
  7. Missed calls/ Voicemails
  8. The News App/ Newspaper app… and if you add to that a weight loss plan;
  9. A calorie counting app
  10. An exercise reminder app
  11. An app that counts your steps and sleep

This is besides all of the things that we have to do each day like just talk to each other and deliver a successful result. What happens when you pile all of this into too many projects, not enough time, not enough budget, not enough people and not enough value? You fail at almost everything unless you can bravely prioritise effectively as a leader and encourage others to see this importance too!
